Patient Service Centers (PSCs)

Only Quest Diagnostics offers wellness screenings at 2,250 Patient Service Centers (PSCs) nationwide, with locations in select Walmart Supercenters and Albertsons stores (Safeway, Vons, Randalls, and Tom Thumb). With more than 90% of the US population residing within 20 miles of a PSC, this option provides flexibility in your screening program without compromising the participant experience.

What is a Patient Service Center?

A Patient Service Center is a Quest Diagnostics location where individuals can have their sample collected for a biometric screening. PSCs are also collection sites for other healthcare needs (physician-ordered testing, drug testing, etc). Employers can leverage the nationwide network of PSCs to provide remote screenings to employees and dependents nationwide who may not be able to attend on-site events. 

Samples collected at PSCs are sent to a Quest Diagnostics laboratory for processing. Individuals who complete a screening at a PSC generally receive results online within 1 to 3 days.

Accessing Patient Service Centers: Easy-to-use online scheduling

Adding PSC access to your screening program provides participants with an additional option when they schedule online. After scheduling, participants receive an email confirmation noting their scheduled appointment date, time, and location, and they may also request email reminders prior to scheduled appointments.
