What is a Patient Service Center?

A Patient Service Center is a Quest Diagnostics location where individuals can have their sample collected for a biometric screening. PSCs are also collection sites for other healthcare needs (physician-ordered testing, drug testing, etc). Employers can leverage the nationwide network of PSCs to provide remote screenings to employees and dependents nationwide who may not be able to attend on-site events. 

Samples collected at PSCs are sent to a Quest Diagnostics laboratory for processing. Individuals who complete a screening at a PSC generally receive results online within 1 to 3 days.

After scheduling, participants receive an email confirmation noting their scheduled appointment date, time, and location, and they may also request email reminders prior to scheduled appointments.
