We can only accept patients in our Patient Service Centers who have been confirmed to be COVID-19
symptoms-free for at least 10 days.
A current electronic lab order from your doctor is required before you can schedule an
appointment. Has your doctor created a COVID-19 test order with Quest for you already?
Please note: We can only accept patients in our Patient Service Centers who have not experienced
COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days. Patients experiencing symptoms will be able to book an
appointment at drive-thru or curbside locations.
