Elevating health champions

At Quest Diagnostics, we believe that true wellness is built from the ground up, starting in our neighborhoods, our clinics, and our homes. But we cannot do it alone. Improving health takes all of us.

The Quest for Healthy Communities Champion award was created to honor, uplift, and support outstanding organizations across the United States that are actively living our core purpose:

Working together to create a healthier world, one life at a time.

Whether you are expanding access to life-saving screenings, supporting maternal and family wellness, or addressing critical social drivers of health, your dedication is moving us closer to an equitable healthcare future. We want to recognize and celebrate your impact.

Connecting communities to testing

Understanding individual and community-wide health risks is critical. Communities in need can connect with the Foundation to create no-cost testing opportunities (as available) in collaboration with Quest Diagnostics regional laboratories and leaders.
