About the Foundation
The Quest Diagnostics Foundation® (the Foundation), established in 1991, is a nonprofit corporation exempt from tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, for charitable, educational, scientific, and literary purposes including:
Quest Diagnostics’ purpose is “working together to create a healthier world, one life at a time”. In 2020, Quest and the Foundation launched a joint $100+ million initiative to improve health, with an initial focus on providing critical resources in communities hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, aligned with Quest’s purpose, the Foundation is focused on improving health in communities across the US.
