Corporate giving & community engagement

The corporate giving & community engagement program at Quest Diagnostics captures the passion and commitment of Quest employees, leadership, and our business partners to make lasting, meaningful contributions in the communities where we live and operate. We believe that a targeted approach to corporate giving enables us to focus our resources to support identified needs in the most effective and impactful way.

Our efforts help enable Quest to deliver on its goals to promote a healthier world, to create an inspiring workplace, and to build value for all our stakeholders. We provide donated services, financial support, thought leadership, and our time to eligible nonprofit organizations and other external initiatives that address three main areas:

  • Good health and well-being for our communities
  • Healthcare disparity, and
  • Social determinants of health

Quest Diagnostics’ Employee Relief Fund serves as an opportunity for Quest employees to support each other in difficult times. The fund is designed to help employees cope with financial hardships that result from federally declared emergencies and disasters such as hurricanes and tornados.

The Quest Diagnostics Foundation’s purposes include:

  • Promoting the benefits of healthcare and wellness
  • Driving the prevention, early detection, monitoring and treatment of disease, and
  • Educating the general public and healthcare professionals regarding healthcare issues
