Quest Diagnostics Incorporated believes that workplace safety, the health of our employees, contractors and/or other employees working at our facilities, and protection of the environment are critical business objectives. We are:

  • engaging employees, at all levels of the business, in regional/business unit safety committees, safety teams or safety review boards committees 
  • committed to the conservation of resources and the minimization of any negative impact our operations and facilities may have on the environment. We will take environmental impact into consideration when making decisions about the materials and services we purchase
  • dedicated to continuous improvement of performance in environment, health, and safety and will measure key metrics to manage and promote our progress
  • engaging employees, at all levels of the business, in regional/business unit safety committees, safety teams or safety review boards committees 

Each employee is required to take an active role in utilizing methods and practices that enhance their own health and safety and that of their colleagues and that help safeguard the environment
