After just six months of the program with a major health plan, our data showed important health improvements:
- Food insecurity dropped by half, from 42% to 19%'
- 93% of participants said the program increased their likelihood of renewing with their plan'
- Medical expenses were reduced, showing the potential for upfront investment to bring continued reductions'
