Your practice is now enrolled in Clinical Insights Companion (CIC).

To activate CIC in eClinicalWorks (eCW), follow the steps below.

These steps should be completed by your practice administrator or IT administrator.

Step 1: Copy your activation code

When prompted during setup in eClinicalWorks, enter the activation code below.

Activation Code:

1c154ac694fa47aa

You will enter this code when adding the CIC app from the eClinicalWorks Product Hub.

Step 2: Quest activation

Quest will activate the account within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been activated.

Step 3: Follow the implementation guide

Download and follow the Implementation Guide to complete activation in eCW.

The guide will walk you through

• Adding the CIC app from eCW Product Hub
• Entering your activation code
• Enabling users in our practice

Step 3: Start using CIC

After activation, providers can access Clinical Insights Companion from the Apps Menu in eClincalWorks.
