Activation requirements

Before activating Clinical Insights Companion (CIC) in eClinicalWorks, please confirm the following.

Your practice administrator or IT administrator should complete the activation steps.

Please ensure that

    ☐ You have administrator access to eClinicalWorks (eCW)

    ☐ Your practice can access the eClinicalWorks Product Hub

    ☐ FHIR APIs are enabled in your eCW system

    ☐ You have your Quest Client Number/APU available

    ☐ You are authorized to accept the Clinical Insights Companion Terms & Conditions on behalf of your organization

Estimated setup time

Activation typically takes 5-10 minutes once these requirements are met.
