- Upon receipt of a fully completed test order,* our team will verify coverage with a patient’s health insurance plan and estimate their likely out-of-pocket responsibility
- Out-of-pocket limit of $200 for qualified patients through our supplemental financial assistance program
- For patients who require additional financial assistance, Quest Diagnostics offers payment plans of 0% financing for a 12-month period
- We also offer pre-authorization services. Our Specialty Testing Services (STS) team will work on providers’ behalf to obtain pre-authorization from insurance before the laboratory performs the test
