Our hair drug testing panels detect commonly abused drugs and yield accurate, reliable results, meaning you can screen with confidence. 

A two-tiered hair drug testing process ensures that positive drug test results are re-checked and confirmed. The initial hair specimen is screened using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology, a proven methodology for routine screening.


Any hair drug test specimens that are presumptively positive in the initial tests are confirmed with another portion of the hair specimen using either the traditional GC/MS confirmation method or GC/MS/MS technology. 


Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions drug testing locations hold and maintain Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP), and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA-88) certification as well as any applicable state licensure.
