In the MyQuest® portal, you have access to see


your test results all in one place. This helps you

build your health history to track your results over time.


Tracking trends and having the ability to share a more


complete health picture with your doctors is a benefit of


always testing with Quest. Let's take a closer look at


how to access your test history and, information. On your desktop

or mobile device, visit my quest.questdiagnostics.com, and select the "Sign


in" button in the upper right of the screen. Enter


your MyQuest user name and password and select "Sign

in." If you do not have a MyQuest account,


select "Create an account" and follow the onscreen prompts to


create a verified account. After signing in, you will be


taken to the MyQuest activity page. Here you have

access to several unique tools, including managing or scheduling appointments,

viewing test results and paying bills. Select the "Results" tab


at the top of the screen. If you have never


requested your historical results from Quest scroll to the bottom


of your results list and click the "Find my historical


Quest results" link. Your results from as far back as

2010 will display in your account in 24 to 48


hours. If you don't see the "Find my historical Quest


results" link at the bottom of your results list, congratulations!


Your account is already up-to-date, and you can


follow along for how to see your results tracked over

time. On the results page, you are provided a list


of completed tests. Select the name of the test you


wish to see your historic results for. In this case,


we'll select the completed glucose test. Scroll down to the


header titled "Your history," and select the "Retrieve" button to


access a detailed graph, which includes the years you took

each of your tests and the results you received. This


information can help you and your doctor see important trends


to plan next steps. Tracking your health history is also
