Donor, HTLV-I/II Antibody Screen [17379Z]

Plasma collected in: EDTA (lavender-top) tube
Please send the original collection tube, if possible. Aliquot tubes will only be accepted if processed and labeled at the original collection site.
Place the specimens for donor testing in a separate transport bag. Attach a Donor Testing label (Stock Clerk number 136296, available from Client Supplies) to the bag and ship refrigerated (cold packs).
Please call the Donor Testing Services Department at 703-802-6900, ext. 64656, or Client Services at 800-336-3718, ext. 3000, with any questions. This test is for eligibility determination of HCT/P donors. Do not use this test for routine clinical or routine diagnostic evaluation.
