Google Health™
Google Health is a new Google product, which enables you to manage your health information online by gathering the information from multiple healthcare providers (physician, pharmacy, lab. etc.) and placing it in one easily accessible location — your own Google Health Account.
Your Google Health Account is secure
Only you have access to the information in your Google Health Account unless you explicitly decide to share it with other healthcare providers. You can also choose to add your own information to complete your records.
You Are in Control
Only with your consent can participating doctors using Quest Diagnostics' Care360™ Physician Portal transmit your lab results directly to your Google Health Account. For added security, your physician will provide you with a letter that contains a unique security code that must be activated before your physician can actually send your results.
Find Out If your Physician is Connected with Quest Diagnostics and Google Health
To find out if your doctor is connected to the Quest Diagnostics Care360 Physician Portal and has the ability to send your lab results directly to your Google Health Account, just search for him/her online using Google Health. Go to the "search for a doctor" feature and review your doctor's profile to see if it they are identified as a Quest Diagnostics participating physician.
If they are not, you could suggest they register for this service at www.QuestDiagnostics.com/registerMDGooglehealth.
