Yes	Are you a sexually active woman and you have developed symptoms of an STD?
Yes	Are you pregnant and you have symptoms of an STD?
Yes	Are you a sexually active man and you have developed symptoms of an STD?
Yes	Are you worried that you may have been exposed to an STD, but you do not have any symptoms?
Yes	Are you taking medicine for an STD, but your symptoms are not following the expected course?
