Other conditions with symptoms similar to abdominal aortic aneurysmYour symptoms could indicate something other than an abdominal
aortic aneurysm. - Nonspecific symptoms of mild abdominal pain or
fullness or more severe abdominal pain could caused by
peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder disease (gallstones),
gastroesophageal reflux (GERD),
pancreatitis, chronic mesenteric ischemia (narrowing
of the arteries to the intestines), a
kidney infection (pyelonephritis), or gastric,
ovarian, or pancreatic cancer.
- If a cold foot or black toe is
present, other possible causes are
atrial fibrillation,
peripheral arterial disease, or diseases of the heart
valves.
- A pulsating mass in the abdomen could be a tumor, but this is
rare.
