Headache and body aches with respiratory problems

During a respiratory infection, it is common to have a headache because of inflammation or mucus buildup in the sinuses. General body aches are also common. These aches will subside as the infection goes away.

Generalized body aches, backache, headache, and pain with eye movement are common symptoms of a bacterial or viral infection and can be quite uncomfortable.

When a headache or body aches are intolerable, a visit to a health professional is needed.
