Catherine T. Doherty
Senior Vice President, Clinical Franchise Solutions Catherine T. Doherty

Catherine T. Doherty is Senior Vice President, Clinical Franchise Solutions for Quest Diagnostics. She is responsible for overseeing the development of service offerings in the areas of cardiovascular, infectious disease, neurology (including Athena), prescription drug monitoring, women’s health and general wellness. Ms. Doherty is also responsible for Quest’s Employer Solutions, Care360 EHR, ChartMaxx and ExamOne businesses, as well as Strategic Marketing and Business Development. Ms. Doherty joined Quest Diagnostics in 1990 and most recently was Senior Vice President, Physician Services Business. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Hospital Services, and as Vice President, Office of the Chairman.
 

Keith Johnson
Senior Corporate Counsel, Care360 Solutions

Keith JohnsonKeith Johnson joined the organization in 2007 as General Counsel and Compliance Officer for the MedPlus division. In his current role as Senior Corporate Counsel for Quest Diagnostics Care360 products, he brings with him a strong background in technology licensing, intellectual property, and commercial law.
Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Johnson was with the legal department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where he oversaw the legal aspects of the technology commercialization efforts for the hospital. Prior to his time at Children's, he was an attorney in the prominent Cincinnati law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of intellectual property, technology licensing, and e-commerce. In 2006, Mr. Johnson was selected as one of the Cincinnati Business Couriers Forty Under 40 which recognizes young professionals for their achievements and their potential for future success. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and has been a frequent speaker on legal topics.
 

Thomas Wagner
Chief Technology Officer, Healthcare IT Solutions 

Tom WagnerThomas Wagner joined MedPlus, the healthcare IT subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics, in 1999 as Vice President, Strategic Planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer for the company, responsible for technology assessments, product research, market trends and competitive analysis. Before joining the healthcare technology subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics, Mr. Wagner worked for software development companies for more than 15 years, specifically with DiaLogos Inc., once a majority-owned subsidiary of MedPlus. He also worked as director of Advanced Research and Development with Cincom Systems Inc., where he developed a product that was later voted among the Top 10 products of the year by Client-Server Tools Bulletin. Mr. Wagner was appointed in 2008 to the Interoperability Expert Panel of the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT). Today, he continues to work with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), offering input on numerous healthcare topics including policy direction and future certification requirements.
 

Marla J. Kouche

Marla J. Kouche is the Executive Director, R&D Physician and Patient Services for Quest Diagnostics. She leads all Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS) disciplines related to managing the HTS portfolio and is responsible for enterprise-wide development of all client-facing product lines including Care360 Labs & Meds, Care360 EHR, Care360 CDS, Care360 HUB and mobile platforms including Gazelle and Care360 mobile solutions. Ms Kouche joined the technology division of Quest Diagnostics in 1998, in 1998. During her tenure with the company, she has held various roles including Vice President of the Strategic Program office, responsible for Care360 and ChartMaxx business and product strategies, as well as Vice President of Finance, overseeing financial operations. Prior to 1998, Ms. Kouche worked for Deloitte and Touche LLP, the global audit and consulting firm. Her client based consisted primarily of Fortune 500 organizations and M&A-related activities. She also worked for a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm, responsible for the financial management of the organization’s international mergers and acquisitions activity, and where she worked with subsidiaries across the globe, managing training, integration and divesture of acquired entities. Ms. Kouche holds a master’s degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio, and a member of HIMSS and the American Medical Informatics.
 

Larry Mustard

Larry Mustard Controller, Care360 Products
Larry Mustard joined the organization in 2010, and has extensive senior level experience in finance, accounting and operations from his background in software development and manufacturing. As controller of Care360 Products, Mr. Mustard oversees all financial and HR operations for the technology division of Quest Diagnostics. After graduating from Ohio State University in 1978, he began a public accounting career spanning 11 years with KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company). In 1989, Mr. Mustard joined Eagle-Picher Industries as an associate vice president working mostly in the automotive and industrial segments. In 1994, he joined the Baldwin Piano and Organ Company as CFO, and from 1997 until 2002, worked with companies seeking venture capital funding in order to become publicly-held entities. In 2002, Mr. Mustard was named CFO for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Before joining the organization, Mr. Mustard worked for three years as CFO for CH Mack, a developer of medical management software for managed care organizations.

 

Rohit Nayak

Rohit Nayak Executive Director, Care360 Sales and Business Development
Rohit Nayak has been with the organization since 2004. He serves as Executive Director for Care360 Sales and Business Development. Understanding that connecting ambulatory physicians nationwide is key to achieving the organization’s long-term strategic goals and driving collaborative care, Nayak oversees technology sales and business development opportunities to drive capacity. His deep passion for improving medical practice through the use of technology makes Nayak the perfect fit for this position. Prior to joining organization, Nayak was the Co-Founder and CEO of RxMadeSimple, an ePrescribing technology solution that has since been integrated into Care360. RxMadeSimple arose from Mr. Nayak’s belief that great efficiencies could be gained by streamlining paper-intensive business practices across a wide variety of industries. In particular, he understood that in the healthcare industry such improvements could have a positive impact on the lives of others.This understanding was a direct result of Nayak's work at Information Management Consultants, Inc., a leading business and technology innovator based in the Washington, D.C. area. While with IMC, he was responsible for identifying, defining and growing practice areas. He worked to develop framework solutions tailored to specific industries that accelerated realization of benefits for his clients. Nayak provided corporate leadership and strategic direction to launch and deploy three specific solution platforms over a short time span. As a part of this experience, he assisted a Fortune 50 organization with the technology standardization process associated with its Center of Excellence initiative. Mr. Nayak is a frequent speaker and contributor to several industry and technology journals and forums, both nationally and internationally. His contributions have supported the Medical Records Institute, Medical Group Management Association, the Association of Image and Information Management, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and others. He has participated as guest panelist at the National Committee on Vital Health Statistics ePrescribing standards development forum and as a panelist at mHealth Summit. Mr. Nayak also participates in specific National Council for Prescription Drug Programs standards forums and serves as an expert panelist in other standards forums. He also contributes to the University of Cincinnati MBA program as a guest lecturer. Mr. Nayak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska.

Christina Cussimanio

Christina Cussimanio Marketing Director, Care360 Solutions
Ms. Cussimanio leads the Care360 Commercial Marketing team to develop and execute the go-to-market strategic plans, customer success programs, value propositions, lead generation, and sales acceleration activities to drive growth. The Quest Care360 Healthcare IT organization is focused on developing and supporting clinical and administrative IT applications providing solutions that serve physician practices, hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDN), regional/community health information network (RHIO), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and health information exchanges (HIEs). Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, Ms. Cussimanio worked for Dealer.com for just over two years as Director of Marketing and worked on commercialization of new product initiatives, customer segmentation strategies, creative execution and brand awareness to drive sales. Prior to 2010, she spent 18 years at GE Healthcare IT (formerly IDX Systems Corporation), in various sales and marketing roles. Ms. Cussimanio led the Americas commercial marketing team and was responsible for go to market strategies, and identifying growth opportunities with a focus on customer success programs. Ms. Cussimanio is an accomplished marketing executive with more than 20 years of expertise and a proven track record of results delivery in positions from sales, marketing, P+L management, marketing strategy, product marketing, brand management, and business development in addition to developing high performance dedicated teams to meet corporate objectives.Ms. Cussimanio earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
