Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Lidia Fonseca is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Quest Diagnostics. Ms. Fonseca leads the enterprise-wide Information Technology (IT) function to support the needs of the business. She also leads our end-to-end enterprise architecture and integrates processes, data, and systems across the network, thereby enabling future growth and driving operational excellence.
Previously, Ms. Fonseca was the Chief Information Officer at LabCorp and also held a number of senior leadership positions in supply chain and IT at Philips Healthcare. Ms. Fonseca is a member of the Board of Directors of Tegna, Inc. (NYSE: TGNA). She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA and a master’s degree in business informatics from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business.
General Manager, Healthcare IT
Tom Romeo has been with Quest Diagnostics since 1995. He leads the Quest commercial software business, which includes the Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (formerly ChartMaxx) and Quanum Practice Solutions (EHR/PM/RCM), and is responsible for aligning these portfolios with the Quest software vision, strategy, and goals. Prior to his current role, he led the company’s Business Relationship, Demand Management, and Product Management organizations. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from American InterContinental University.
Senior Corporate Counsel
Keith Johnson joined the organization in 2007 as General Counsel and Compliance Officer for the MedPlus division. In his current role as Senior Corporate Counsel for Quest Diagnostics, he brings with him a strong background in technology licensing, intellectual property, and commercial law.
Previously, Keith was with the legal department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where he oversaw the legal aspects of the technology commercialization efforts for the hospital. Prior to his time at Children's, he was an attorney in the prominent Cincinnati law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister focusing his practice, primarily in the areas of intellectual property, technology licensing, and e-commerce.
In 2006, Keith was selected as one of the Cincinnati Business Couriers Forty Under 40 which recognizes young professionals for their achievements and their potential for future success. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and has been a frequent speaker on legal topics.
Keith received his BA degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, and graduated Order of the Coif from the Vanderbilt Law School.
Healthcare IT Finance Director
Larry Mustard joined the Quest organization in 2010, and has extensive senior level experience in finance, accounting, and operations from his background in software development and manufacturing. As Controller of Quanum Practice Solutions and Enterprise Content Solutions Products, Larry oversees all financial and HR operations for this division of Quest Diagnostics.
After graduating from Ohio State University in 1978, he began a public accounting career spanning 11 years with KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company). In 1989, Larry joined Eagle-Picher Industries as an associate vice president working mostly in the automotive and industrial segments.
In 1994, he joined the Baldwin Piano and Organ Company as CFO, and from 1997 until 2002, worked with companies seeking venture capital funding in order to become publicly-held entities. In 2002, Larry was named CFO for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Before joining the Quest organization, Larry worked for 3 years as CFO for CH Mack, a developer of medical management software for managed care organizations.
Senior Director of Marketing, Healthcare IT
In her 25 years working in healthcare IT, Christina Cussimanio has enjoyed bringing ideas to life and seeing their success. As senior director of marketing for Quanum Healthcare IT, she oversees a team that executes on marketing programs for Quanum Practice Solutions (formerly Care360) and Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (formerly ChartMaxx), with the goal of raising brand awareness, generating leads, and driving quantifiable results and growth. She has been with Quest Diagnostics since 2012, and has worked in marketing, sales, and business development.
Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, Christina worked for Dealer.com for 2 years as Director of Marketing. Before that, she spent 18 years at GE Healthcare IT (formerly IDX Systems Corporation), in various leadership, sales and marketing roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
National Director of Enterprise Sales and Account Strategy, Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions
As Director of Sales for Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (formerly ChartMaxx), Jeff Lusby leads the team of sales directors responsible for managing existing client partnerships as well as securing new customers.
Jeff has more than 22 years of experience at Quest
Diagnostics, all of it in Heatlhcare IT. His previous roles within the Quest organization included management of the ChartMaxx Support and Installation teams, Technical Sales, and Account Management staff. In addition to his extensive knowledge in the areas of Electronic Content Management and Document Management, Jeff brought 7 years of expertise in process monitoring, improvement and automation to his role at Quest.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Director of Implementation and Professional Services, Healthcare IT
Nicole Roby is Director of Implementation and Professional Services for both Quanum Practice Solutions (EHR/PM/RCM) and Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (formerly ChartMaxx). In this role, Nicole leads the implementation teams which include installation, custom solutions, implementation, workflow, and support. She has been with Quest Diagnostics for 18 years and was previously a member of the ChartMaxx Custom Solutions team. In her preceding role, Nicole oversaw the analysis, development, and implementation of interfaces and integration technologies for both new and current ChartMaxx implementations.
Before joining Quest Diagnostics, Nicole worked for 3 years as a healthcare IT consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a Mathematics Concentration from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
