Once your laboratory testing is done, you’ll want to receive the results ASAP. Many tests take just a day or two, but a few can take several days and some even several weeks.

We provide several ways for you to receive your laboratory test results, including via your smartphone or computer. Pick the most convenient method for you.

 

1. Via Your Smartphone

   In many states, you can get your test results directly from us on your Apple® iPhone, BlackBerry® or Android™ smartphone, using our Gazelle® mobile app.For more information, see Get Your Results on Your Mobile Device.

2. From Your Healthcare Provider

   Ask the doctor who ordered the test to contact you when they receive your test results. Ask for a copy of previous test results, as well. For more information, see Get Your Results from Your Physician.

3. Directly from us

   Many states allow you to receive your test results directly. Assuming your state does, tell your healthcare provider you’d like to receive them directly. Then email the Privacy Officer or call the nearest regional Quest Diagnostics laboratory for an “Access Form.” Or ask your physician to indicate on the test requisition form that the results be sent directly to you, eliminating the need to contact us yourself. 4. On Your Computer

   If your healthcare provider uses the Quest Diagnostics Care360™ system and has agreed to release your results to you, you can access them online. To do so, you’ll need to connect your account with a personal health record program. For more information, see Get Your Results on the Web
