Do you take full advantage of Wellness programs at work?
Your workplace may offer free programs to help you quit smoking, lose weight, eat right, and live a healthy lifestyle. Take advantage. Many offer lab-based wellness programs like Blueprint for Wellness® that give you a blueprint of insights telling you what’s going on inside your body, so you and your doctor can take action. In a recent study, we found that one in three first-time participants in lab-based wellness programs learned of an unknown high risk for diabetes, high cholesterol, and/or chronic kidney disease. If you've received a Blueprint for Wellness screening voucher at a recent event and would like to redeem, visit my.blueprintforwellness.com to schedule your appointment.
