It takes just two simple steps:

1. Download Gazelle.
2. Sign in at Gazelle with your existing Quest Diagnostics user name. If you don't yet have one, create one now.

Equally Easy to Use

Simply sign in, select "Lab Results," and then "Request Results."
The first time you sign in, you'll need to provide authorization and confirm your identity. After that, you’ll be recognized automatically. We’ll email you a confirmation that we’ve received your request. When your results are ready, we'll email you that you can view them on your smartphone. Direct lab results from Quest Diagnostics are not available in all states.
