  1. First download Gazelle® for your Apple® iPhone, iPad®, iTouch®, BlackBerry® or Android™ smartphone.

  2. Then log in to Quest Diagnostics with your username and password. If you don’t yet have one, create a password

  3. Select "Request Results" from the "Lab Results" menu and fill in the requested information. You’ll receive an email when your results are ready.

  • What is Gazelle®?

    Gazelle® is a smartphone app we developed to empower you and other health-conscious people. By being able to see, share and store all your health information in your smartphone, you can take control of your health anytime, anywhere. In select states, you can get your Quest Diagnostics lab results directly, using Gazelle. Additionally, Gazelle offers a feature to remind you of medications you need to take.

  • What other health information can I store with Gazelle®?

    In addition to your lab test results, you can:

    • Store your various healthcare providers’ names and contact information, immunization records and medical records.
    • Make an appointment.
    • Monitor blood pressure and weight.
    • Store vital health stats, along with the names and numbers of your prescriptions and their dosages, as well as any allergies to foods or medications. All of this data could be invaluable in a health emergency.

  • Are all the Gazelle® features available on the Apple® iPhone, iPad, iTouch and BlackBerry also available on Android?

     

    No. We felt it was more important to get the core Gazelle® functionality out to Android users quickly. The initial version of the Android app provides lab results, enables you to send health information via email or fax and lets you store healthcare provider information in Case of Emergency (ICE). Later versions will include all the features of the iPhone and Blackberry apps.

  • How do I know if my state permits my getting results directly from the MyGazelleApp site?

  • How will I be notified when my lab test results are available?

    You’ll receive an email informing you that your results are ready. Just log in to see them.
