Benefits of Patient Registration

  1. Why should I register?
  1. When you create an account, your demographic information is securely saved, reducing the time it takes to create future appointments. And, as a reference, all future appointments will be saved in your account, including confirmation numbers.

  1. In addition to ease of use with Appointment Scheduling, what else can I do with my Quest Diagnostics account?
  1. You can pay your bills online, view your invoices, and update your insurance information. And, once you are registered, if interested, you can begin the process of getting your physician-ordered lab results online.

If you still have not received the email, please contact us and provide us with the email address used to create the account and the approximate date and time when the registration or the forgotten password/username process was completed.

  1. Copy the entire link into your browser address bar and then press Enter. Make sure that there are no spaces or line breaks introduced in the link while copying.

Login Issues

  1. I keep receiving a "Login Authentication Failed" message. What should I do?
  1. First, confirm that you have created a Quest Diagnostics account and that you are using the correct username and password. If you are uncertain, use the "Forgot username" and/or "Forgot password" links to verify if an account was created or to reset your password. (During login, make sure the Caps Lock is not on.)

If you are certain that you have an account and that you know the username and password, make sure that the username shown in the Username field is the one you used when you created your Quest Diagnostics account. (Some Internet browsers may be set to automatically populate the Username field with a username you used on a different website.)

Also, if you have created multiple Quest Diagnostics accounts on the same computer and clicked the “Remember me” check box, the Username field may be pre-populating with one of the other accounts you created. Make sure when you login that the username is the one you wish to login with.

  1. I receive this message: “Your account has been locked. Please try again at a later time.” What should I do?
  1. You may have attempted to login unsuccessfully too many times. Please try again at a later time. If your login still does not work, click the "Forgot password" link.
