When you integrate your systems with Quest Diagnostics, you have the ability to leverage electronic custody and control forms (eCCFs), thereby eliminating paper CCFs and enabling real-time status tracking from a system with 24/7 availability. We offer a variety of solutions to integrate your company's systems directly with ours.
ATS and HR software integrations
A direct connection through your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) gives you a single point of access to manage your drug testing program. We will accept online orders, provide status updates, and return results directly to your system. Our standard integration offers an expedited implementation schedule. Or you can choose to expand your project’s scope including special requirements and programming to meet the unique needs of your organization.
Our web services allow you to configure your IT systems to “talk” with our systems in real time using XML messages. Currently, we provide the following web service capabilities:
- Create orders (including update and delete functions)
- Receive statuses
- Provide results (including CCF images and embedded reporting)
- Get collection site lists
- Initiate supply orders
Lastly, an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or FTP File Transfer will move files back and forth from your system to Quest with proven file transfer methods.
Secure file transfer
Using secure file transfer protocol (sFTP), your system can retrieve non-adjudicated lab test results from our FTP servers.
