Women in Leadership (WIL) was founded at Quest in 2009 to fulfill the vision of expanding the leadership opportunities of tomorrow by developing leadership competencies in women today. WIL cultivates an effective, diverse, and sustainable organization by building a community of gender diversity and increasing educational and networking opportunities for women.
