Quest Diagnostics has a project management team of trained, experienced personnel who support central laboratory needs for clinical trials (study set-up, running, and closure) with more than 100 drug development sponsors worldwide. Project management staff is located in facilities in Northridge, California; Cypress, California (Focus Diagnostics); Collegeville, Pennsylvania; Wavre, Belgium; and Hounslow, United Kingdom. All procedures are guided by Quest Diagnostics Standard Operating Procedures.

Each project management team includes key professionals.

  1. Global Project Manager: Serves as the primary client contact for global studies and oversees all aspects of the study. A regional Project Manager will lend support to the Global Project Manager
  2. Data Manager: Main point of contact for study data transmittal processes and identifying and documenting the study data transmittal process requirements
  3. Project Associate: Daily monitoring of the study and primary point of contact for monitors/clinical research associates
  4. Investigator Services Coordinator: Provides ongoing support to investigator sites to ensure initial laboratory supplies are on site for first patients in
  5. Client Response Centers: Primary contact for investigator sites

Investigator Site Support

  1. Project Associate: Daily monitoring of the study and primary point of contact for monitors/clinical research associates
  2. Investigator Services Coordinator: Provides ongoing support to investigator sites to ensure initial laboratory supplies are on site for first patients in
  3. Client Response Centers: Multi-lingual staff and primary contact for investigator sites, including reporting, couriers, supplies, etc.
