When you submit as a candidate for a specific job opportunity on our CareerQuest Site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging our receipt of your submission. Recruiters review candidate pools to identify those individuals whose experiences and qualifications most closely align with job specifications.
Due to overwhelming response to many of our positions, it may take several weeks before we can contact a job seeker to provide a status update. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review the experiences and qualifications of each submission, including your own.
If selected to advance in our recruitment process, a member of our staffing team will contact you. That person will outline the required next steps.
If you are not selected to advance in our process for the specific job opportunity in which you expressed interest, you may still be contacted about other opportunities. Your profile will remain on record for up to one year after you create or modify your career profile and you can update your profile at any time.
You can expect a telephone interview with one of our recruiters to be the most likely first step in the interview process.
If you are selected to advance further in our process, you will be asked to interview with the hiring manager and/or a member or members of the hiring manager’s team. These interviews may take place on one day or on several different days. They will be conducted by telephone or in person.
If you receive a job offer, you will be provided with comprehensive information to help you make a well-informed decision. We will also provide you with a reasonable amount of time to consider the offer.
