Financial Assistance Program

We recognize that patients sometimes experience financial difficulties, and we try to accommodate people in their time of need. Quest Diagnostics offers an installment payment plan option for those patients who have the ability to pay, as well as, a financial assistance program for those without sufficient resources.

Take advantage of discounted prices on commonly ordered testing available to uninsured patients through our Uninsured Patient Program:

• Enrollment is just $10 annually.
• Open to uninsured individuals and families. Each family member must register and pay the annual fee separately.
• As a member, you’ll receive an Uninsured Patient Program Welcome Kit and membership card. The card is valid only at participating Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers for one year from the date of enrollment.

Free or Reduced Fee Laboratory Services

Quest Diagnostics provides free or reduced fee laboratory services in cooperation with various clinics that support uninsured or underinsured people who do not have the financial means to obtain laboratory services. Please check with your local community clinic.
