Quest Diagnostics Foundation

Established in 2001, the Quest Diagnostics Foundation is committed to supporting health related charitable programs. Priority is given to funding programs and projects that promote the prevention and early detection of disease or provide research for curing disease. Only organizations established in the United States and classified as 501(c)(3) are eligible for grants.

The Grant Advisory Council meets twice annually in April and October to review requests and make recommendations to the Foundation Board for its approval. All requests will be acknowledged in writing.
